Any item made-to-order will ship within the product's lead time which is listed on the product page. When your order ships, a shipment confirmation with tracking numbers will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.

International Shipping
We would LOVE to send our items to you and really look forward to the day we can travel with our product across land and sea!
We ship international via UPS, FedEX or DHL. Please email hello@carlyhome.com and we will give you a shipping quote based on your order and location. *The purchaser is responsible for any applicable import taxes or fees.
Returns
While we truly hope that you love your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at hello@carlyhome.com with your order number so that we can assist you with a solution.
We gladly accept returns of full-priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Customer will responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that wallpaper, fabric and any made-to-order pieces ie pillows and custom ceramics are non-refundable as they are specially made for you. In order to avoid any confusion, we suggest that you order swatches of the wallpapers and fabrics prior to ordering. If there are any flaws in the final product please notify us within 3 business days of receipt so that it can be addressed.
Our products are bespoke and produced in small quantities. Due to this and the hand-made nature, please know that slight variations occur. We embrace these slight imperfections. No two pieces are exactly the same.
When ordering wallpaper or fabric, we suggest that you make sure to order enough as re-printing another run after the original is ordered might cause a slight difference in color. It is best to order all of your fabric or wallpaper at one time.
All sale items and items purchased using discount code during a sale are final and non-refundable.
Atelier Return Policy
